Frequently asked questions about gift cards

How long is the gift card valid?

eDirtarena gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. So it’s best to redeem it while the anticipation is still fresh – you book dates conveniently online.

Can I choose a custom amount?

There are 15 fixed amounts between €10 and €350 to choose from. A freely entered custom amount is not available – if nothing fits exactly, simply choose the nearest amount or combine several gift cards.

Can I combine several gift cards?

Yes. You can buy several gift cards in one order and also use several codes together when redeeming. If the total value isn’t enough, you simply pay the difference on top.

How is the gift card sent?

The gift card is sent by email. When purchasing, you enter the recipient’s email address and your name. If you’d like to hand over the gift card yourself, just enter your own email address – then it’s sent to you.

Is the actual gift card also sent by email?

Yes. The email with the valid gift-card code is always the actual gift card. The printable template is an additional, nicer wrapping – it doesn’t replace the email.

Can I print the gift card?

Yes. You can either print the email directly or use our designed template, which looks considerably more high-quality.

Is there a downloadable template for giving?

Yes, and it’s free. You’ll find it here on this page as a print-optimised A4 PDF – with space for the recipient’s name, your name, a personal message, the value and the gift-card code.

Where do I enter the gift-card code on the template?

The template has its own field for this in the lower area. You’ll find the code in the order email – just copy or paste it in.

Can the template also be given digitally?

Yes. Fill in the template on your computer, or scan or photograph the completed version and send it by messenger or email. This is especially handy for last-minute gifts.

What happens to any remaining balance?

Any remaining balance stays on the gift card. So if you redeem only part of the value, you can use the rest on a later visit – within the validity period.

Can a gift card be used for all courses and offers?

Yes. The gift card is redeemable for our entire range – kids’ courses, Free Ride, beginner course with coach, family course as well as kids’ birthdays, stag/hen parties and corporate events. You’ll find an overview on the prices page.
