Who can take part?
Parents and children together. The base price covers 1 child + 1 adult, additional riders for a surcharge.
Do you need prior experience?
No. The e-bikes are beginner-friendly and a coach supervises the family.
What does the family course cost?
€350 for 2 hours (1 child + 1 adult), incl. rental gear.
How long does the course last?
The course lasts 2 hours – including the briefing, getting kitted out and riding time. Do plan a little buffer for arrival and departure.
Do I need a driving licence?
No. Our e-bikes have neither a clutch nor gears, and we ride exclusively on our private premises. You get a detailed briefing beforehand.
From what age can my child ride?
Children can take part from the age of 5. The deciding factor is a minimum height of 120 cm, so the protective gear fits safely and the bike can be controlled properly.
Are there height or weight requirements?
For all adult offers the same applies: from 150 cm in height and up to a maximum of 130 kg. Age is not the deciding factor – normal physical fitness is enough.
Is protective gear included in the price?
Yes. Helmet, goggles, protectors, gloves and boots are included with every offer – in all common sizes.
What should I wear?
Comfortable long clothing and sturdy, closed shoes. Helmet, goggles, protectors, gloves and boots are provided by us – in all common sizes.
What happens in bad weather?
Nothing – we ride completely indoors on 2,500 m², independent of the weather all year round. Appointments never get cancelled because of rain.
Can I watch as an accompanying person?
Yes, accompanying persons are always very welcome to watch.

Can I give the course as a gift?
Yes, as a gift card. There are 15 amounts from €10 to €350 to choose from, redeemable for all courses and riding slots. You can also download a printable template.
What applies if I cancel?
For group packages: cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 72 hours before the start, up to 24 hours beforehand 50 % is charged, after that the full fee. For individual bookings, please talk to us directly.
